Fabrication

Precision machining and prototyping executed to verified designs using repeatable processes.

3-Axis CNC Milling

Accurate parts for mechanical projects, fixtures, small brackets, adapters, and enclosures.

Best for:
  • Functional prototypes and small-batch parts
  • Jigs/fixtures for repeatable shop processes
  • Flat and prismatic parts with pockets, profiles, and drilled/tapped holes
Materials:
  • Non-ferrous metals
  • Plastics & acrylics
  • Composites
Capabilities:
  • Pocketing, profiling, drilling, reaming (as applicable), countersinks/counterbores
  • Tapped holes where appropriate
  • Edge finishing options (deburr, light chamfer, scotch-brite finish, etc.)
  • Metal machining approximate XY limits equal 12.0 x 8.0 IN
  • Composite machining approximate XY limits equal 30.0 x 50.0 IN
Deliverables:
  • Finished part(s) + design drawings
  • If design work is included: STEP/DXF/PDF also included

Diode Laser Cutting & Marking

Crisp cuts, clean labels, and durable marking for parts, panels, and product branding.

Cutting:
  • Acrylic and thin plastics (as suitable for diode)
  • Templates, stencils, gaskets (material-dependent)
Marking/engraving:
  • Labels, serial plates, QR codes, control panels
  • Logos and artwork on coated metals or suitable substrates
  • Depth-controlled engraving on woods/plastics
Vector/CAM Included:
  • Artwork cleanup, line-weight fixes, kerf considerations
  • Layout optimization for minimal waste

3D Printing

Fast iteration for form/fit checks, brackets, enclosures, tools, and custom adapters.

Use cases:
  • Prototypes and concept models
  • Fit checks before machining
  • Functional jigs, mounts, holders, and protective covers
Deliverables:
  • Printed parts + basic print notes if requested
  • STL/STEP design files

Mold Making & Resin Casting

Great for small-run parts, reproductions, and shapes that are hard to machine or print cleanly.

Best for:
  • Duplicating an existing part (when appropriate)
  • Small-batch runs with consistent geometry
  • Parts requiring specific feel, flexibility, or surface finish (resin-dependent)
Typical workflow:
  • Master pattern (print/machine) → mold → cast → finish
  • We’ll discuss shrink, draft, venting, and parting lines early so the result looks intentional

Included with every fabrication job

  • CAM + toolpath planning matched to the material and part geometry
  • DFM guidance (Design for Manufacturing – small edits that reduce cost and risk)
  • Practical tolerances: we’ll call out what’s realistic and what drives price
  • File handling: STEP, DXF/DWG, STL, PDF
If you don’t have CAD, send photos/sketches. Design services are available and often bundled with fabrication.
